The present study was dedicated to the design of a QMS ISO 9001: 2015 for improving the competitiveness of the company Builders Caxas S.R.L. consultants during the period 2018- 2019. This is the main objective of the study was established as a problem to determine a QMS ISO 9001-2015 will increase the competitiveness of the company during the period indicated, that investigation the rely on descriptive methodology - explanation and achieved the following results: Based on established indicators according to the dependent and independent variables in addition to using as a guide the check list is established in standard a diagnostic procedure in which it was demonstrated that there is only one implementation of the 42.7% of the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015, then designed the system indicating all the ISO requirements and providing all the formats that are needed for its implementation. Subsequently became the economic assessment necessary for the implementation, being S/. 35,000 and draft the benefit by obtaining a degree of compliance with the 25% of the initial value.
