ABSTRACT Knowledge of the characteristics of the production chain is of vital importance for the success of any business and especially for export purposes; In this sense the present research constitutes, a contribution for the company Viveros Andinos S.A.C. Dedicated to the production of seedlings, whose fruit is of great impact for its commercialization, especially oriented to the export of the American market. A prospection of the producers of answer, associated with this company, is carried out to know the situation of their crops, agronomic knowledge and the perception that is had about Viveros Andinos S.A.C. Finding that there are 30 hectares of cultivated Raspberry and that the lack of water and the emergence of pests have wreaked havoc on their production. The commercialization of raspberries, proves to be a highly profitable business opportunity, to demonstrate its sustainability and to know its effectiveness, has realized a horizon of economic evaluation, with productive yields to 50% of the current production, obtaining a VANE de S /. 172,236.30 and a TIER of 21.90% over a productive horizon of 5 years; Compared to a profit of Ke of 11.57%, which confirms the positive profitability of the productive activity of raspberry. The calculation of VANF S /. 229,751.34 and TIRF of 27.85%, with a fiscal shield of 7% on average over the productive horizon of five years. Likewise, the risk of capital loss is 60% of the total investment, assuming a bank financing of 40% of the total invested. In addition, the Waac of 9.57% against the TIRF there is a difference of 18.28% which demonstrates the profitability of the business. It is proposed a development of the Raspuesa production chain, consistent with the current productive reality, emphasizing its production processes and international marketing, which will allow to fulfill the commitments acquired by Viveros Andinos S.A.C. One of the main contributions of the research work was the purchase commitment of KHI International Trade Inc., whose headquarters are in the city of Portland in the state of Oregon, to fulfill this commitment should be optimized and strengthen processes Involved with the production chain and knowledge of the international market. In addition, a project has been approved to obtain co-financing and to plant two hectares of raspberry in the district of Namora co-financed by the Agricultural Innovation Program (PNIA).
