The general objective of this work is to propose to improve the profile of the admission staff of the admission area of an Infant Rehabilitation Institute to increase motivation, where the population in all the centers is 36 collaborators. Within the project we will develop the general problem and describe the concepts of motivation, work performance and their theories related to the detailed objectives that is to identify the current profile and prepare an improvement proposal for the job profile, detailing the results obtained and conclude in how important it is to achieve a defined job profile according to each activity carried out in the admission area, specifying a flowchart and its respective functions comparing with the functions currently performed vs. proposal. In addition, with the improvement proposals, we obtain satisfactory results in 2019. Finally, it is determined that the motivation is very important to have an adequate level of performance for the admission staff, since many people come to the Child Rehabilitation Institution to request a quality service, for that reason it is important that the collaborators of the admission area provide an excellent attention.
