This systematic review focuses on the study of a logistics management system to guarantee stock availability. The market opening has been developing a competition where customer loyalty is lost when there is an absence of stocks, so it is ideal to analyze the different preceding processes to achieve automation which will allow us to optimize processes. The search was carried out in April and May 2020 in the following information centers: Scielo, EBSCO, ProQuest, Repositories of the PUCP, UPN, UNT, UPC and UCV universities, World Wide Science and Science Direct. Respecting the inclusion and exclusion indicators, 53 of 446 studies were finally analyzed. Thanks to the research carried out, it is concluded that a logistics management that examines the indicators to work in a company, studying its processes in warehouse, inventory, picking, sales, ensures a market positioning in addition to developing an optimal flow of information and stock.
