The objective of the study is to identify the obstetric factors associated with extreme preterm labor in the hospital belen de Lambayeque, 2019.in methodology, a retrospective, cross-sectional, non-experimental design study with direct observation was conducted. The population consisted of 135 medical records, with a sample of 100 medical records of pregnant women who attended with a diagnosis of preterm delivery. The results obtained showed that the obstetric factors associated with extreme preterm delivery were as follows: 43% had their GA within 32 to 36 weeks; in terms of parity, we found that all the pregnant women with preterm delivery were mostly multiparous (43%). According to prenatal care, 50% attended 10 or more prenatal check-ups
