In this thesis, the effect of sugarcane bagasse ash on concrete strength was evaluated. Therefore, we carried out an investigation and thus demonstrate the behavior of CBCA in compressive strength, which we replaced in minimum amounts of 5 %, 10 % and 15 % of the cement. We made a total of 35 specimens, 9 were from our standard concrete with a compressive strength of 140 Kg/cm2 , 9 with 5% CBCA replacing the cement, 9 with 10 % CBCA replacing the cement and finally a mixture with 15 % CBCA replacing cement. For this test, breakages were performed in 3 phases, at 7 days, 14 days and 28 days; thus breaking 3 witnesses for each sample, first the break was made in 7 days of curing, which obtained a result of our standard concrete with an average compressive strength of 124.69 Kg/cm2 , with 5% CBCA replacing to the cement, an average compressive strength of 125.49 Kg/cm2 was obtained, with 10 % of CBCA replacing the cement, an average compressive strength of 120.78 Kg/cm2 was obtained and the last 3 were with 15 % of CBCA replacing the cement. Cement with an average compressive strength of 113.43 Kg/cm2 . After 14 days of curing, the following results were obtained, an average of 136.19 Kg/cm2 for our standard concrete, with CBCA at 5 % an average of 139.04 Kg/cm2 , with CBCA at 10 % an average of 133.36 Kg/cm2 and with CBCA at 15% an average of 127.05 Kg/cm2 . To finish with the breaks, after 28 days of curing the following results were obtained, an average of 145.60 Kg/cm2 of our standard concrete, 151.24 Kg/cm2 with 5% CBCA, 141.08% Kg/cm2 with 10% CBCA and with 15% CBCA an average of 132.85 Kg/cm2 . Therefore, it was concluded that the sugar Cane Bagasse ash in the given proportions achieved a slight increase in the mechanical properties of our concrete with 5% CBCA, in this case the compressive
