The general objective of this research was aimed at determining the impact of covid 19 labor regulations on the profitability of Transport Company New California S.A.C. A post-test design was taken into account, exploratory, descriptive, review technique and document review guide, information that allowed determining the impact of covid19 on profitability, likewise, the vertical and horizontal analysis of the ratios was used, simulating a before and after the application of the rules. The population and sample were made up of notes, financial statements and legal documentation from the human resources area. The investigation showed that profitability was seriously affected as a result of covid19, presenting negative figures up to -30% in its net profit margin for the months of April and May in relation to the previous months. Likewise, poor managerial, accounting and legal management did not allow the timely acceptance of the state benefit, oriented to human capital, this being an important indicator in capturing company assets. The result obtained by the simulation of compliance with the standards resulted in favorable margins and a higher recovery forecast for the months of April and June. It was concluded that applying covid-19 labor standards in companies that handle a large proportion of human capital to capture their income, positively impacts its profitability and liquidity, that is, the hypothesis proposed by the researchers is confirmed.
