Resumen: Perú InterCargo (PIC), uno de los tres operadores logísticos más importantes del Perú con más de 40 de años en el mercado, cuenta con una falta de compromiso por parte de los líderes de PIC con respecto a la cultura organizacional. Debido a ello existe una alta rotación en los equipos a pesar del contexto de pandemia. Por ello, el presente trabajo propone el desarrollo de un plan de comunicación interna con el fin de mejorar el compromiso de sus líderes y colaboradores con la empresa y su cultura organizacional.
Peru InterCargo (PIC), one of the three most important logistics operators in Peru with more than 40 years in the market, has a lack of commitment from PIC leaders regarding organizational culture. Due to this, there is a high job rotation in the teams despite the context of the pandemic. Therefore, this work proposes the development of an internal communication plan in order to improve the commitment of its leaders and workers with the company and its organizational culture.
