Where we formulate the following problem. What are the perceptions multiparous women on satisfaction and sexual behavior Regional Hospital of Cusco, in November 2014 to March 2015? Aiming, ientify the perception multiparous women on satisfaction and sexual behavior of Cusco Regional Hospital in November 2014 to March 2015. Assuming the next course, changes that occur in multiparous women after childbirth are in different aspects such as biological, psychological and so genitals level moisture and / or vaginal dryness, painful intercourse, decreased desire for your partner and decreased levels of satisfaction after intercourse, in the psychological sphere as sadness, sensitivity, depression, irritability and guilt all these related to sexual activity with your partner. The methodology is qualitative, exploratory approach and the mode of development of the research is theoretical contrast, the sample consisted of 45 multiparous women. In conclusion motherhood becomes a problem to resume normal sexual life regardless of delivery type, age, level of education, etc. what produces different marital conflict because of dyspareunia, vaginal dryness, depression, fear, new roles in the household and nurturing the new being which becomes the most important thing in their lives aside sex.
