This Professional Sufficiency Work (TSP) seeks to provide proposals for organizational commitment in a public entity. To do this, the problems currently faced by Provias Descentralizado (PVD) will be identified; Likewise, the benefits that will be obtained by correcting certain behaviors and characteristics of public servants. This TSP has as its object of study PVD, an Executing Unit of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MTC) and dedicated to decentralized road transportation. Furthermore, this TSP is a case study in which the information collection method, beyond the theoretical framework and background, has been carried out through interviews. The identified problem arises from the difficulty of servers to act proactively, and the consequent actions are transferred to organizational objectives. For this, three alternative solutions have been proposed, such as the management of organizational agreements to obtain corporate benefits, provide improvements to the entity's training plan and finally implement a recognition program to motivate and assess the performance of the employees. collaborators. In conclusion, the management of corporate benefits and the implementation of a recognition program were taken into consideration, if they are considered viable and feasible to generate greater motivation and performance in employees. This will allow collaborators to be strengthened towards an institutional image different from the one perceived until now; thus, achieving improved performance, productivity and consequently allowing organizational objectives to be achieved.
