The objective of this research study was to determine the influence of the adhocratic organizational culture on the job performance of women in the automotive industry in Peru, 2022. It also has an explanatory research scope and uses the cause-effect research method. For this research, a survey was developed as an instrument for field work based on the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) prepared by Cameron and Quinn (2006) and the Likert-type scale was used for the application. The survey was carried out on 268 women of different ages who currently work in the automotive industry in Peru. The results obtained through linear regression (R2=0.465 with a p value: 0.000 confirming the rejection of the null hypothesis) indicated that the adhocratic organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on job performance, which shows that this type of culture, characterized by flexibility and dynamism, among others, helps to improve the job performance of women in the automotive industry. This study aims to contribute detailed information on the influence of adhocratic organizational culture on the job performance of women who work in the automotive industry.
