The objective is to determine the relationship between personal factors and resilience in students of the II cycle of Nursing of the Universidad privada de Huancayo Franklin Roosevelt 2022. The method used is descriptive correlational research, quantitative approach and non-experimental cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 60 nursing students of both sexes. For data collection, the virtual survey technique was used and questionnaires were used as instruments. As results, in terms of personal factors, the unfavorable level predominates in the community environment dimension with 81.7%, in the family environment with 56.7% and in the academic environment with 53.3%. As for the level of resilience according to dimensions, the level of negative resilience predominated with 81.7% in the dimension capacity to relate, 76.7% in initiative, 70.0% in independence and 60.0% in introspection. In conclusion, the most unfavorable personal factors are community and academic environment and resilience according to introspection, initiative, independence and ability to relate is predominantly negative.
