“Teaching Performance in Virtuality with University Satisfaction in the Professional School of Human Medicine of the Andean University of Cusco in the Year 2022” The present study was carried out with the objective of “Determining the correlation of teaching performance in virtuality and university satisfaction in the Professional School of Human Medicine of the Andean University of Cusco in the year 2022.” The methodology of the present study corresponds to an observational, correlational, retrospective cross-sectional quantitative design. The variables considered to explain the degree of student satisfaction in relation to the educational service are: Teaching Performance and University Satisfaction. A survey was applied, based on closed questions on a Likert-type scale, to the students of the professional school of Human Medicine, of which 519 students responded. The results of our study showed that the average age of the students was 23 years old with an IQR between 20-26. Regarding sex, it was found that 61.5% of the students are women compared to 38.5% men. Regarding the school of predominant origin, 53.4% of students were from private schools. Regarding the response to our questionnaires, the eleventh semester was the one with the most attendance with a 12.3% response. Regarding teaching performance, the average was 58.6, with a score between 16 and 80. Regarding university satisfaction, the average was 72.5, with a score between 20 and 100. Regarding the correlation matrix, the Spearman correlation coefficient (Rho) between teaching performance and university satisfaction is high, reaching a value of 0.891, in addition, the statistical significance is notable, with a p value less than 0.001. The conclusion is that there is high university satisfaction in relation to teaching performance in virtuality carried out in 2022.
