Business reinvestment was a key aspect for businesses in the context of the pandemic presented between 2020 and 2021, presenting as a primary aspect the digitization of commerce and the use of technologies, which required resources, knowledge, and the decision to the commercials to overcome the moment the development study was quantitative with a non-experimental design that included the participation of 70 businesses collecting the data with a 20-item questionnaire subjected to statistical reliability with a 0.913 in Cronbach's alpha, the general objective was to determine how business reinvention was presented in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, in entrepreneurs of the district of Iquitos, period 2020 - 2021 obtaining as results that 37% of participants changed their category and 24% feel comfortable with the new , that 51% presented economic capacity to face change, 61% presented labor adaptability, 66% presented adequate leadership in their trade, 47% commercial adaptability and the majority of participants increased the use of technologies and a significant percentage implemented channels Digital commercials such as delivery, social networks and electronic catalogs concluding that significant aspects are presented in relation to the migration of items for 43% of merchants, in the adaptability present in 59%, in the increase in the use of technology for the 53% and the use of commercial channels in 51%.
