Peru is going for a development stage through the construction of their road infrastructure; within it are bridges, in different parts of Peru. 1 have participated in the field of hydralogy, hydraulic and drainage and I have found the need of review methodology used about bridge design, especially for application of formulas and methods of foreign origin, especially from the Unite States, these methodologies should be adjusted with our regional factors for we can ensure their validity when we will apply it in our future designs. Reality about this topic in Peru is basic yet in comparison with development of other countries like in Europa, and in South America we need to recognize that Brazil, Colombia and Argentina are above Peru about hydrologic and hydraulics investigations in parameters and own criteria. Solutions exists far this proposed problem although most are long tem,, beginning for change education, social and alimentary level of Peruvian children, but this is a tapie far Peruvian government. However, from de point of view of civil engineering, especially hydrology - hydraulic, and inside it the bridge design is the main objective of this investigation. Therefore I propase a measure that Peru should start to develop our hydrology and hydraulic engineering. This investigation is a proposal in water management for design bridges. 1 and my thesis advisor call it Protocol for Bridge Design, where we base in a recompilation of experiences and update knowledges in the design of these works. The most valuable of this investigation is the creation of a virtual map, at national level, that it will be compendium of all bridges that cross natural streams. lt is not only a virtual map wich points but also, this points can contain the studies that were developed in the bridge project, and linked to a server, where the users can download it freely. Thus, we have a map virtual where engineers can consult, comment, opine about design o construction of a bridge. For compiling information and plans inside virtual map, we have to find support of Ministry of Transport and Communications, who have projects of bridges, an important information far applications of virtual map for professional technical communities.
