The thesis titled "Lifestyles and Working Conditions of Nurses Working at the Surgical Center of the Adolfo Guevara Velazco Hospital - EsSalud Cusco - 2023" aimed to determine the lifestyles and working conditions of nurses working at the Surgical Center of the Adolfo Guevara Velazco Hospital - EsSalud Cusco - 2023. The methodology adopted was of a quantitative, descriptive, non-experimental, and cross-sectional approach, studying 39 professionals using the Lifestyle Profile questionnaire (PEPS-I) and the working conditions questionnaire by Carmen Hayde Cisneros Centeno. The results highlighted the general characteristics of the nurses: 47.4% are aged between 41 and 46 years, 97.4% are female, 42.1% are married, 32.4% have either one or two children, 85.0% hold a second specialization, 68.4% are under an indefinite term contract 728, and 44.7% have over 10 years of service. Regarding lifestyle dimensions: 57.9% have unhealthy nutrition habits, 92.1% have unhealthy exercise habits, 78.9% demonstrate unhealthy health responsibility, 94.7% manage stress unhealthily, 68.4% have healthy interpersonal support, and 92.1% exhibit healthy self-actualization. Overall, 52.6% of the nurses maintain a healthy lifestyle, while 47.4% do not. In terms of working conditions, 71.1% perceive their physical condition as good, 89.4% regard their psychological state as regular, and 78.9% view their social condition as regular. In general, 81.6% perceive their working conditions as regular, 13.2% as good, and 5.3% as poor.
