Abstract: Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de estrés laboral en profesionales de enfermería del Hospital Sergio Bernales Lima, Perú 2022.
Metodología: Enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo y transversal; la muestra estuvo conformada por 184 enfermeras, seleccionadas por muestreo probabilístico aleatorio. La recolección de datos se realizó mediante un cuestionario como instrumento, en su versión castellana The Nursing Stress Scale (NSS) con una confiabilidad de Alfa de Cronbach de 0.939. Resultados: Del total de enfermeras encuestadas según su dimensión físico el 50% tuvo un nivel bajo, 42% nivel medio y 8% nivel alto; según su dimensión psicológico el 52% tiene nivel bajo, 44% medio y 4% alto; según su dimensión social el 64% tiene nivel bajo, 34% medio y 2% alto.
Conclusión: El personal de enfermería mostraron nivel bajo en las dimensiones físicos, psicológicos y sociales.
