The objective of this study was to evaluate whether there is a significant relationship between resilience and meaning of life in 228 young people with truncated university studies of both sexes (66.2 % woman y 33.8% man) whose ages ranged between 18 and 35 years (M= 23.4; DE= 3.8). This research was carried out in the context of the COVID 19 pandemic. The instruments applied were the Resilience Scale and Life Purpose Test. The correlation results showed that there is a significant and positive relationship between both variables (rho = .25; p < .01), while the comparative analysis showed that there were no significant differences between resilience and meaning of life according to sex and type of university (p > .05). In conclusion, the greater the resilience, the greater the meaning of life in young people with truncated university studies.
