In National Reserve Pampa Galeras, Ayacucho, based on the monthly dynamic census 1981-1986 of vicunas and domestic animal, determined the economic effect of the presence of the domestic animal on the temporary stability of the vicunas and the benefits that they generate. Previous characterization of the elements of the system and its interrelations was constructed by a model based on Sanchez (1997) — which was incorporated the component ovine, with this base was analyzed the behavior in four scenes and-the-economic analysis, in two scenes, was explained with pertinent indicators; software Stella was used Version 8.0. The results were that population of ovine shows a heterogenous concentration within the Reserve and its permanence temporary (8,9 months) and is associated to rains. In terms of its dynamics, the population of ovine shows inverse linear dependency with respect to the precipitation, the same that occurs with a delay of a year. The simulation, under precipitation, sample that the population of vicunas reaches 3063 individuals - includes or excludes ovines; and after year 10 one becomes stationary. The ovines do not alter the population of vicunas. The maximum or minimum pulses of precipitation generate oscillations appellants after year 10 in the population of vicunas, whereas the ovine remains constant. At the economic level, the price of vicuna fiber and the precipitation are variable determinants in the economic benefits. Under prices and constant precipitation the investment is profitable as of year three (COK 14%). The minimum or maximum pulses do not generate significant differences. The economic variation of the price of fiber vicuna slightly modifies the states of constant prices, becoming more beneficial the precipitation states mini (100 mm/year) and diminishing the benefits when the precipitation is maximum (1000 mm/year).
