The general objective of this research is to determine the relationship between the organizational climate and the quality of professional life in the staff of the Maternal and Child Center Tablada de Lurín, Lima - 2021, for this purpose the methodology has a quantitative approach, a design not correlational type experiment. Likewise, the population is composed of 50 workers of the Maternal and Child Center Tablada de Lurín, under the non-probabilistic sampling for the convenience of the researcher, the 50 workers were selected as a sample, two questionnaires are applied as instruments to collect data, structured with 50 and 35 items respectively, which are validated by three experts and have a reliability of 0.81. The descriptive results show that 50 % of the surveyed sample perceives the organizational climate as adequate and 66 % perceives the quality of professional life as good. In addition, using Spearman's correlation, a positive correlation was detected between organizational climate and managerial support (Rho = 0.636), followed by the absence of a correlation between organizational climate and job demands (Rho = -0.239). Also, a positive correlation between organizational climate and intrinsic motivation (Rho = 0.627). Finally, a positive relationship between organizational climate and professional quality of life (Rho = 0.292) and a statistical significance of p = 0.039 was evidenced.
