The present investigation, entitled "Effect of incorporating poultry waste on the physical and mechanical properties, in silt-clay soil of the subgrade, Ciro Alegría street, San Sebastián, Cusco-2022", is focused on determining the significant effects caused by the incorporation of poultry waste (egg shell and poultry feathers) in silt-clay soils that, subjected to treatments designed in the laboratory, seek to improve such properties. In this sense, the purpose of this research is to demonstrate the significant effects on the physical and mechanical properties of the soil of silt-clay substrates when incorporating poultry waste. For this, an evaluation program was carried out using THREE (03) wells or exploration test pits for the extraction of altered representative samples in Ciro Alegría street, San Sebastián district, with the purpose of carrying out laboratory tests such as the determination of the Limits of Consistency, Moisture Ratio, Modified Proctor, Compressive Effort, Cohesion and Support Capacity CBR with PDC, according to the parameters of the Materials Testing Manual (2016). For this, the natural soil was obtained, as well as the soil incorporated with the considered poultry waste. Being able to confirm the hypothesis that poultry waste (egg shell and poultry feathers) cause significant effects through experiments with a moderate number of variables, given the amount of soil in its natural state and, finally, the soil of the subgrade. with aggregates of poultry waste. This research was developed with a D-Optimized experimental design and a quantitative method (with a causal explanatory level), having an optimal design of SIXTEEN (16) treatments or trials obtained randomly. Laboratory experimentation had response variables (VD) influenced by input variables (VI). Likewise, for data processing, statistical analysis (analysis of variablesANOVA) was used as a tool, which allowed us to determine the Correlation, regression of variables, model parameters and equations or mathematical models that within an established parameter helped us to determine optimal results to determine the statistical hypothesis, without losing the power or statistical robustness of the design.
