The purpose of the research is to determine the influence of remote work management on the work performance of the administrative staff of the Central Management of Attention to the Social Security Insured in Metropolitan Lima during 2021 - 2022. The work has a quantitative approach with a design not experimental. In this way, the population to be considered in this work was selected by intentional sampling of 267 administrative workers of the Central Management of Insured Attention, belonging to the Almenara and Rebagliati networks; as well as the administrative staff of the Arenales Complex of the Social Security of Health - EsSalud who were surveyed by sending a Google form survey. This instrument was validated in two ways: validated by experts, and through the measurement of reliability through Cronbach's alpha (α ≥ 0.7), which allowed the measurement of the dimensions of the remote work variable and job performance. On the other hand, the descriptive analysis shows that there is 79.7% of the sample that presents a high level of remote work management and job performance. According to the ordinal logistic regression, the goodness-of-fit test of the variable, where the significance value was 0.223 (p>0.05), the model can be considered explanatory enough for the analysis of the prediction of the independent variable. about the dependent Thus, it is concluded that the work performance of the administrative workers of EsSalud is significantly influenced by the management of remote work.
