From the results obtained, it is concluded that the effects produced by informal street commerce in the deterioration of public roads in the city of Sicuani are significant, as a product of street commerce, there is contamination of space, another effect is the obstruction of roads, which occurs due to the constant increase of street vendors in the city. The third effect produced by street commerce is the change in land use, which brings with it a rise and speculation in property prices, making it even more difficult to formalize and regulate informal traders who do not have the financial capacity to buy an establishment and continue their activities in the informal sector.
