The research was carried out with the purpose of finding the best camu camu plant architecture under nursery conditions at the San Roque Agricultural Experimental Station. 6 treatments were evaluated; 5 treatments with pruning, from 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60cm respectively, up to a growth height of 70cm; and a treatment without pruning, which were installed in a complete randomized experimental design (DCA) with 5 repetitions of 15 seedlings per treatment equivalent to 450 seedlings in total. Seeds of the MD-015 accession were used, main characteristic for having a better yield greater than 15 kg/plant with average ascorbic acid content greater than 2000 mg/100 g of pulp; which were planted directly in polyethylene bags 16 x 32cm (6.4 x 12.8 inches) previously filled with substrate prepared from agricultural black soil 65%, organic matter (chicken manure) 25%, and vegetable mulch 10%. The variables evaluated were: number of branches per seedling, stem diameter, branch length, branch diameter; The results obtained show us significant statistical differences for the number of branches per seedling; no statistically significant differences were found for stem diameter, branch length, and branch diameter.
