The purpose of this work is to Strengthen curricular management in the Production of texts through the implementation of the Monitoring, Accompaniment and Evaluation Plan of the pedagogical practice in the Educational Institution 231 Virgen de Guadalupe in the province of Ilo-Moquegua. The present work arises in order to address the detected problem, through the reports of the teachers in the reflection days, showing unsatisfactory levels of achievement in the competence of text production in the area of communication in children. The methodology used is the FOCUS GROUP interview with the teacher, which yielded results such as Ignorance of the focus of the communication area, of the pedagogical and didactic processes to achieve the production of texts. The lack of monitoring and accompaniment to the teacher for having the classroom manager in charge, the absence of learning communities were added as causes to this great problem presented. In order to provide a solution to the detected problem, the formation of fundamental base learning communities is proposed as an alternative solution so that through these communities and under the directive leadership, teachers are empowered to develop different skills to generate interest in their children. the production of texts and not leaving aside how important it is to put into practice one of the 5 management commitments, which is monitoring and accompaniment, a fundamental weapon that will accompany the teacher in his educational task, not to monitor him but to reinforce what needs to be reinforced. to achieve satisfactory levels in our children and all learn and develop the different skills raised in our curriculum, and no one is left behind.
