Aware of the need to be up-to-date with the latest world trends in tourist activity and taking into account that Cusco is one of the main places with the highest tourist influx in Peru, it is time to start taking advantage of tourism in all its areas. Health tourism is a broad sector with high tourist demand, both local, national and foreign, so it could be better used by companies in both the tourism and health sectors. Unfortunately, this is not the situation, since currently there are not the necessary services to take advantage of this area of tourism adequately, there are clinics and medical centers that only have basic services for tourists, it is necessary to implement health tourism in establishments of lodging to provide a more complete experience to guests who require it. The present research aims to describe health tourism at Casa Andina Premium Sacred Valley Hotel & Villas, Cusco 2020. According to the research carried out and based on the results obtained in the survey carried out to 13 workers, it was concluded that health tourism is necessary for guests, since 84.6% of workers indicate that this service is requested at Casa Andina Premium Hotel & Villas. However, it is not properly exploited since the aforementioned hotel only offers a branch of health tourism that is well-being, but to provide these services it does not have its own staff so it uses workers from tertiary companies, therefore, should reinforce the services provided by Casa Andina by training suitable personnel to provide health tourism services.
