Munay Vida addresses the problem of the increase in garbage in Lima through the reuse of organic waste, because currently more than 3.5 million tons of garbage are collected per year that are destined for landfills and dumps, which are not treated properly. In the analysis of the problem, two solutions have been formulated: (a) app design so that the user can contact companies interested in the collection, (b) creation of a 100% organic compost of vegetable waste. Compost is attractive to farmers because 80% have a preference for organic fertilizer and accepted a price of 30 soles per 50-kilogram sack; Regarding feasibility, in Lima there are 3.5% of agricultural producers of 2.3 million in Peru. The first year, it is estimated to sell to 988 farmers in Lima and in the next years it will be expanded to provinces through a marketing plan. Regarding operational feasibility, both the collection and distribution processes were found to be viable, even in an adverse scenario where a positive margin was reached. For the investment, a total cost of 122,880 soles has been determined for the first year, reaching 3,286,961 soles for year five in line with incremental growth in sales volume. In addition, the model was profitable where a positive NPV of 3,932,493 soles, was projected, an IRR of 88.46% and a social NPV of 82.996 million soles, considering a discount rate of 14.75%.
