The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance of remote workers who belong to translation and interpretation companies of Metropolitan Lima during COVID-19 (2021). This research has a quantitative approach, correlational scope, non-experimental transactional design. To obtain the corresponding information, two surveys instruments were applied. The first instrument considers the dimensions of job satisfaction proposed by the author Sonia Palma (2005) and contains 27 questions; the second one contemplates the dimensions of job performance created by Koopmans et al. (2013) and adapted by Gabini and Salessi (2016) and contains 16 questions. Both instruments use the Likert scale and the data collected was processed by SPSS version 25 computer statistical tool. According to the results, it was found that there is a significant relationship between the variables due to the correlation found. In other words, when applying the Spearman coefficient, a correlation of p = 0.445 was identified, which means that there is a moderate positive relationship between job satisfaction and job performance. Therefore, the proposed hypothesis is accepted, which means, when job satisfaction increases, job performance of teleworkers also increases. In conclusion, there is a positive relationship between job satisfaction and job performance of remote workers who belong to translation and interpretation companies of Metropolitan Lima during COVID-19 (2021).
