The objective of this research was to describe and analyze the impact of the national multi-annual programming and investment management system - invest.pe, in the phases of public projects of the district governments of Cajamarca, period 2012-2020. This work was an applicative, descriptive, quantitative, non-experimental study of a longitudinal design that used a registration form for data collection, the same that has been prepared by the authors, taking into account the reports of the Investment Bank and Friendly Consultation of the Economic Transparency portal. The registration was made to a sample population of 2109 registered projects, selected by non-probabilistic sampling or by convenience of the researcher. Subsequently, to determine the impact, the ratio between the PMI and the accrual was sought, which must be greater than 75% to obtain a high level. The results obtained show that the impact achieved by Invierte.pe in the districts of Cajamarca is low with 9.02%. Finally, it is concluded that the impact of Invierte.pe is low in the entities studied, both in the state of viability and in the budget allocation of the PIPs, as a result of the transition of the systems and the conjunctural experience of these times, rejecting the hypothesis In its whole.
