Job satisfaction of the directors of regular basic education and administrative management and the UGEL Daniel Alcides Carrión, Yanahuanca, Pasco, in 2019 The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship that exists between the job satisfaction of the directors of regular basic education and the administrative management at UGEL Daniel Alcides Carrión, Yanahuanca, Pasco 2019. For which the General problem was formulated what is the relationship between the job satisfaction of the directors of regular basic education and the administrative management of the UGEL Daniel Alcides Carrión, Yanahuanca, Pasco, 2019. And as a General hypothesis: there is a significant relationship between job satisfaction of directors of regular basic education and administrative management at UGEL Daniel Alcides Carrión, Yanahuanca, pasco Kumar 2019. The population studied was made up of 116 directors of regular basic education from the area of UGEL Daniel Alcides Carrión among the three levels: Initial 31 Primary Education 60 interests and in Secondary education 35 directors among the three districts studied in this research.
