The thesis entitled: “SATISFACTION LEVEL OF USERS CARED FOR IN THE ONCOLOGY SERVICE OF THE ANTONIO LORENA CUSCO HOSPITAL, 2021“. Whose objective was to determine the level of satisfaction of the users treated in the oncology service of the Antonio Lorena Cusco hospital, 2021. Methodology: The research was descriptive, cross-sectional, the population consisted of 146 patients who are the total of external users treated at the Antonio Lorena Hospital Oncology Center. The sample consisted of 91 patients selected with the probabilistic method. The technique used was the survey, the observation guide and the instrument the SERVQUAL questionnaire of satisfaction of external users in the health service. Validated by Soriano in 2017. Results: General Characteristics: 52.7% are over 51 years old, 79.1% are women, 65.9% are cohabitants, the degree of education of the respondent with 42.9% has a primary education level, 46.2 % have an income less than 750.00 soles, the type of cancer with 29.7% have breast cancer, 33.0% have stage IV. Satisfaction level according to the dimensions: In the reliability dimension, 72.5% are very satisfied and 4.4% are neither satisfied nor dissatisfied. In the response capacity dimension, 56.0% are very satisfied and 2.2% are neither satisfied nor dissatisfied. In the security dimension, 56.0% are highly satisfied and 2.2% are satisfied. In the empathy dimension, 56.0% are highly satisfied and 2.2% are satisfied. In the tangible aspects dimension, 74.7% are very satisfied and 5.5% are satisfied. Conclusion: the study concludes that the level of satisfaction of the users who come to the oncology service feel 75.8% very satisfied, 16.5% highly satisfied and 7.7% satisfied.
