The purpose of the research work was to determine the influence of the dynamics inspired by neuroeducation, using Lego, board games and gamification in the non-academic needs according to the perception of the university students of the night shift. The participants were part of ten sections belonging to the 2019-I and 2019-II cycles, of which eight corresponded to the experimental groups and two to the control groups. Regarding the methodology, the mixed approach and a sequential explanatory design were used. The results showed that the students in the experimental groups perceived a positive change in terms of their non-academic needs thanks to the neuroeducational dynamics, while those in the control groups maintained their initial moods. In conclusion, it is possible to schedule classes including neuroeducational dynamics. These allow influencing the physiological, social and self-esteem needs of students, in order to generate the predisposition to focus on academic needs.
