This work entitled: “QUALITY OF LIFE IN PATIENTS OF THE HEALTH STRATEGY FOR THE CONTROL AND PREVENTION OF TUBERCULOSIS IN THE HEALTH CENTERS OF SAN SEBASTIAN, SANTA ROSA AND SAN JERONIMO CUSCO-2020“, whose general objective was to identify the quality of life of patients. The methodological design used was descriptive and crosssectional, the population consisted of patients with tuberculosis, whose sample was 36 people (not probabilistic). The technique used was the survey and the instrument the questionnaire. The conclusions were that the level of quality of life was high, representing 47.2%. On the other hand, at least 3 out of 10 people have a low level (30.6%). Similarly, an average level of 22.2% of the total Within the characteristics, more than half fluctuated ages between 27 and 59 years, and older adults (13.9%), coincidentally the number of men was the same as the number of women, 31% were housewives, 6% were workers and farmers, attended secondary education (36%) Regarding marital status, 53% are cohabiting, 8% are married. 56% have between one to two children, 1 in 5 had between 3 to 5 children. 72% live between 1 to 2 people per room, almost a third live between 3 and 4. 67% had incomes less than the minimum vital income while 8% had a utility greater than S. / 930. The information provided about of the disease (78%), the doctor gave it and 22% the nurses. In the nutrition dimension, the most representative level of quality of life was low, equivalent to 38.9%, on the other hand, 13 people have a medium level of quality of life, while 25% have a low level. Regarding physical activity, it is low at approximately 69% while 3 out of 10 have a high level. Regarding the consumption of harmful substances, 25 citizens have a high level that represents 69.4%, in the same way at least 3 out of 10 have a low level. In therapeutic adherence, the level of quality of life is represented from the medium to high level in more than 80%, while the low level was represented by 6 patients (16.7%).
