The present investigation, Use of the physical Portfolio like methodological strategy to improve the process of education learning statistics in the pupils of the Vocational school of Law of the Technological University of the Andes subsidiary Cusco semester 2016-I, had like purpose improve the learning of Statistics in the students, To orient them to the field of the investigation and apply all the learnt in different contexts of his daily life, Of quantitative scope, With design quasiexperimental, In the population of 94 students, It did use of the technician of the standard proof and instrument the proof written, having found the results of the test of hypothesis of U-Mann Whitney y la TStudent For the experimental group and control, And from this arrived to the conclusion: According to the results of the tables 9 and 11 hypothesis testing U-Mann Whitney, You can ensure that the use of the portfolio as a methodological strategy has better results in statistical learning of students of the Professional School of Law of the University of the Andes in comparison with the traditional method, Which is corroborated by the results of Table 6 distribution of frequencies where, The average score with the traditional method and with the use of the portfolio is of 5.50 and 9.15, respectively, and in table 7 of the frequency distribution, The average score with the traditional method and with the use of the portfolio is 5.81 and 10.12 respectively, We can say, that there was a significant increase in the mean score with the use of the portfolio with respect to the traditional method. In addition, this implies that for a significant change in the learning of the Statistics course, Methodological strategies should be used to enable the individual and group development and optimization of their capacities and abilities of the students.
