Compliance level on female voluntary surgical contraception - Technical Standard No. 652-2016 / MINSA in hospitals of the Ministry of Health Cusco, 2017. Study whose objective was to identify the level of compliance in female health professionals regarding voluntary female surgical contraception. Methodology: Descriptive, quantitative, retrospective, non-experimental design, cross-sectional research. Results: The general characteristics of patients who underwent voluntary female surgical contraception at the Hospitals of the Ministry of Health Cusco, 2017 were age over 35 years, degree of secondary education, cohabiting marital status, housewives, urban origin, multiparous; the level of compliance in health professionals regarding sexual / reproductive health counseling / counseling was significant, compliance in health professionals regarding pre-intervention considerations, it was observed that the voluntary request to the method is 90% , the user is 100% of age, the number of children desired is 100%, 78% complied with having two orientation sessions prior counseling, 72% have an intervention request signature, 82% record a complete medical evaluation, the assessment of Surgical risk was 80%, 100% anesthetic risk assessment, an obstetrician gynecologist with an anesthesiologist intervened in 100% and was performed in a facility rated 100% PES; compliance in health professionals regarding the provisions for the postoperative period in female voluntary surgical contraception is 68%, the patient was under observation for at least 24 hours, 60% did not provide written information about care, 100% had provision of analgesic and indication of use, 80% had no control on the 3rd postoperative day, 68% did not comply with the control on the 7th postoperative day.
