The objective is to verify how the preventive maintenance management system influences the productivity of the refrigerated containers in the depot Medlog-Callao-2021. Among its aspects is its lack of productivity in repairs, causing delays in operations due to poor periodic maintenance on equipment, lack of analysis of equipment conditions due to lack of management maintenance, disorder and lack of organization causing internal complaints. The type of research is applied at a descriptive and explanatory level with a non-experimental design. Having as population: inoperative refrigerated containers in the warehouse and as an analysis unit it is an inoperative container. Through measurement equipment, a detailed study of the equipment and maintenance personnel will be carried out. As a conclusion, criterion 1 was observed. Periodic maintenance should be inspected with programming to mitigate corrective failures by 30%, criteria 2 and 3 to find the efficiency of equipment with the help of criticality analysis to verify the critical machines to be carried out. its maintenance reducing the stoppage of operations by 4%, finally criterion 4 with the kaizen method shows an improvement in the order and distribution of tools.
