ABSTRACT The objective of this research is to find passive architectural strategies for an adequate thermal comfort system in the design of a thermal center specialized in physical rehabilitation, which allows the generation of a more comfortable and passive architecture when designing the Architectural design, these strategies would come to be: Solar gain, internal gains, protection against wind, thermal inertia and control of radiation. The methodology used for the research is descriptive with the architectural project, the gathering of previous information for a better investigation of national and international sources in the analysis of cases and interviews with the specialists in the matter is carried out. The results obtained in the present investigation is that thanks to locating the different types of spaces according to their climatic zones to obtain different types of temperature according to its functionality, besides the uses of composite walls with other materiality help to obtain comfortable interior temperatures that go between the ranges from 21-26 ° C. KEYWORDS: temperature, humidity, passive solar gain, internal gain, wind protection, thermal inertia, radiation control.
