Objective: To determine the association between the level of knowledge and obstetric psychoprophylaxis techniques in pregnant women served at the maternal center infantil Santa Luzmila II, 2020. Materials and Methods: Non-experimental, descriptive, cross-cutting, prospective and quantitative approach study. Two instruments were applied that based on a questionnaire and a check list for which the sample consisted of 142 pregnant women who stood the sixth session of obstetric psychoprophylaxis. Results: It was observed that 64, 1% of pregnant women were 37 weeks or older and 63,4% were first- time. It was also analyzed that 52,1% of pregnant women have a high level of knowledge, the techniques analyzed that 93% took a comfortable position in the face of a contraction, 85,9% performed sustained breathing and 93 % of pregnant women take the stance against the pujo. Conclusion: In short, it is evidenced that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and obstetric psychoprophylaxis techniques in pregnant women who culminate in the sixth session.
