ABSTRACT The present project has been developed in order to improve the productivity of the bagging process of bulk fertilizers and ensure the finished product. In such a way that we can identify and correct the causes that are leading to a deficiency in this process. This project was developed in the Company Yara Peru SRL located in the Constitutional Province of Callao Department of Lima. This company offers sustainable solutions for Agriculture and the Environment; through the production and commercialization of simple and compound Fertilizers. Peru is an agricultural country par excellence. 37% of the economically active population works our land and lives on it. The great variety of strata, climates and characteristics that make us a privileged country for the development of agriculture. This research work is of an applicable nature. (Deming cycle), productivity statistics, evidence contribute to the correct decision-making. The development of the research work was carried out in the bulk bagging line of the Company Operations area. We will analyze the information on the bagging of finished product (bags per 50 kilos) of Urea in the month of June 2017. Finally, we present the recommendations that merit, according to the analysis of the tools used, identifying the sources of variability, analyzing their stability and predicting their behavior.
