Currently there is a chocolate company which has problems in the planning of its production, and control of the quality of its finished products, its orders are made by the trial method and there are reprocessing in the finished tablets. That is why you should improve the productivity of the company, the design of the production system and the quality control. It is to emphasize the requirement of their materials, use the material requirement planning tool (MRP I), a production master plan (PMP), to identify which is the production plan that must be done daily or in several months; In addition to an Aggregate Production Plan (PAP), which allows us to identify which plan is right for the company, which have the results. In terms of quality, we inspected the lots with a record of the percentage of defective and reprocessed tablets, in order to implement tools such as control charts, which allowed us to find the points outside the established limits and the Deming cycle with El purpose of planning, doing, verifying and acting, resulting in staff training in the different areas to be executed. Production planning and quality control improve the productivity of the company and its finished product, and this is proven in the future. In addition, the percentage of defective and reprocessed units is reduced; With this we generate new alternatives to improve planning and quality. For future investigations it is recommended to gather information, which must be documented and archived from the beginning until it is completed, determine its production time, evaluate its costs, and make data collection to avoid future problems.
