ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to determine if the proposal of the Getting Things Done method improves the Time Management in the supply area of the UGEL-PATAZ- 2018. For this, it has worked with four processes constituted by the General Supply Process, Process of supply of educational materials, Process of supply of stationery to the areas, and Process of payment of services, these applied to workers i n the supply area. Using the Getting Things Done method will allow to increase the effectiveness of workers and reduce bottlenecks, facilitating coordination among the members of the area, allowing self-organization and, above all, keeping a worker with a high level of work performance. In the first chapter of the investigation; the problematic reality is described, in which the impact of Time Management is pointed out in studies already carried out by thesis authors, business managers, in books, etc. As well as, characteristics of the supply process in the UGEL - Pataz are described. Then, the formulation of the problem, justification, and the general and specific objectives are established. The second chapter refers to the theoretical framework, background, theoretical bases and definition of basic terms, which will sustain the present investigation. Here, the stages of the Getting Things Done and the Time Management variable with their respective processes and methodology, together with their indicators and classification are determined more specifically. In the third chapter, the methodology used is defined, where the variable is defined, research design, study unit, population, techniques and instruments, and methods and procedures. Used to determine the improvement of time management in the supply area of the UGEL - Pataz. In the fourth chapter the results are defined, in which the outcome of the thesis and the effects it has had on the unit of study are described; this also analyzes the level of compliance with the objectives set. In the fifth chapter the discussion of the investigation is described, where the obtained information is contrasted with the results of other investigations considered in the antecedents; finally, the conclusions and recommendations are formulated, where an improvement of the Time Management for the supply area of the UGEL - Pataz is proposed. KEYWORDS: Getting Things Done, time management, bottlenecks, effectiveness and process.
