-- The present study " Perception of the mothers brings over of the quality of attention that the nurse offers in CRED's Doctor's office of EsSalud's Network " San Jose” - 2012 ", has as general aim: To determine the perception of the mothers brings over of the quality of attention that the nurse offers in CRED's doctor's office, and as specific aims: To identify the perception of the mothers brings over of the quality of attention that the nurse offers in CRED's doctor's office in the dimensions interpersonal and of environment (comfort). The study is of quantitative type, of applicative level, descriptive simple method of transverse court. The sample was obtained by means of sampling not probabilístico by convenience. The instrument used in the present investigation was a formulaic type questionnaire (Scale of modified Lickert), the technology was the interview.The results of the present investigation were: the perception that the mothers have brings over of the quality of attention that the nurse offers in the doctor's office of CRED, 50 % (75) perceives the attention as moderately favorable, 31 % (46) favorably and 19 % (29) unfavorably; In the interpersonal dimension, 45 % (68) has a moderately favorable perception, 31 % (46) favorable perception and 24 % (36) unfavorable perception; in the dimension of the environment, 58 % (76) perceives the attention as moderately favorable, 27 % (40) has a favorable perception and 15 % (34) perceives the attention as unfavorable.For what one concludes that the perception of the majority of the mothers brings over of the quality of attention that drinks the nurse in CRED's doctor's office is moderately favorable. -- KEY WORDS: Perception of the mothers, quality of care, nurse.
