The present study aims to establish the association between socio-economic determinants and family functioning with antisocial behaviors in adolescents of the I.E.P. R: Ex Pre Vocacional 62002 Matilde Guzmán Tunjar de Vela Yurimaguas July - December 2019. The type of research is quantitative, correlational, descriptive, cross-sectional with prospective data collection, the type of research design is correlational. The study included 88 adolescents in the third, fourth and fifth grades of secondary school. Results, the main social determinants of adolescents are: 86.4% are between 15 and 17 years old, 53.4% live with both parents, 62.5% have between 1 and 3 siblings, 73.9% come from urban areas and the marital status of the parents is married (47.7%). The main economic factors of the adolescents are: 79.5% have a neighborhood type of housing; the material of walls, floors and roofs are made of blocks, cement and concrete (28.4%); 45.5% have a common water supply; 39.8% have sewage disposal through a sewer; 68.2% have more than two family members in the same house; the profession of the head of household is an unskilled worker in 47.7% of the cases. The total monthly family income is less than 900 soles (56.8%); with a weekly, daily or daily wage (44.3%) and 75.0% have a paid home of their own. Fifty percent of the adolescents are in a medium socio-economic condition, 2.30% are in a critical poverty condition, 60.2% of the adolescents have a moderately functional family and only 11.4% have a functional family. 59.0% of adolescents have a moderate risk of antisocial behaviors. In conclusion, applying the Chi-square statistical hypothesis test indicates that there is no significant association between socioeconomic determinants and antisocial behaviors; however, it is evident that there is a highly significant association between family functioning and antisocial behaviors with a p-value of 0.000.
