The objective of this research was to "Determine the level of knowledge in prevention of gynecological cancer (cervix and breast) that women attended at the Morales Health Center, February - july 2019", the research was non-experimental, quantitative descriptive of cross section, population and sample was 200 women of childbearing age attending the Morales Health Center. The technique was the survey and as an instrument the questionnaire. Results, women according to sociodemographic characteristics presented an average age between 26 - 30 years with 25.0%, with respect to the degree of instruction, complete primary education prevailed with 30.0%. 40.0% of women treated at the Morales Health Center have a medium level of knowledge about cervical prevention, 31.0% high knowledge and 29.0% low. 49.0% of women treated at the Morales Health Center have a medium level of knowledge about breast cancer prevention, 27.0% low knowledge and 24.0% (24) high. The greatest knowledge in gynecological cancer prevention found that 13.0% of women between 26 - 30 years with medium level of knowledge, 10.0% with 19 - 25 years have a high level of knowledge. Regarding the degree of instruction, 14.0% of women with incomplete primary education have a medium level of knowledge and 12.0% with a full primary school are in high knowledge. The level of global knowledge in gynecological cancer prevention (cervix and breast) that women attended at the Morales Health Center was 43.0% with medium level of knowledge, 30.0% high knowledge and 27.0% low level.
