The objective of the following research was to implement a safety, occupational and environmental health management system for the prevention of work accidents in the company LIANONING SAC. The investigation arose given the need of the company to adapt to the current regulations in terms of safety at work, given that it has 21 workers, 17 of whom are constantly exposed to risks performing tasks of unloading coal, rice husk, iron and ash. Likewise, in an inspection carried out on the documentation of the year 2014, we find that in this year there were 29 accidents, of which 11 were caused by sharp injuries, 13 by blows and bruises and 5 by fractures and dislocations. In this context, the safety, occupational health and environmental plan was drafted, which establishes the occupational health and safety policy and environmental policy. Likewise, the emergency brigades have been formed, such as the fire brigade, the first aid brigade and the evacuation brigade, for which their roles have been established before, during and after the emergency. The environmental management plan has also been drawn up where the responsibilities and procedures for the management of solid waste and hazardous solid waste are established, forming the brigades as well as the response procedures in the case of contingencies. Finally, an inspection was carried out at the end of 2015, when the plan had already been established, finding that in this year there were 13 accidents of which 6 were caused by sharp injuries, 4 due to blows or bruises and 3 due to fractures and dislocations. which constitutes a significant decrease, being demonstrated when performing the hypothesis test with 95% confidence; that is, it was demonstrated that the application of the occupational health and safety plan has produced significant effects in the reduction of work accidents in the company LIANONING SAC.
