The present work is th e application and proposal of a strategic analysis model for the registration and registration of land with hi gh environmental val ue identified in the Ecological Zoning San Martin, based on work experience and binding enforcement sanitation Prope1ty state in the region and the country. Thus the present report summarizes a comprehensive analysis of the legislation exists for the case and your linking it with the proposed Property Register as pa1i of the final report. Likewise thi s thesis reprni contains a critica! analysis of the different positions adopted state instih1tions when establishing mechanisms to safeguard common interests of the entire community in post conservarion of natural resources. Meanwhile, common mechanisrns between state in stitutions will be part of the development of plans and strategies to establish in our department seeking unifonnity of processes which must include inforrnation and field verification information relatin g it to the legal case for which also presents basic elerne nts of analysis and data collection. Moreover, tak in g into account the nature of the premises regarding application of research, these are located in the western sector of t he Department, in the highest part of the Cordillera Orie ntal, bordering the Department of Liberty, Amazon and Huanuco.
