This research was carried out in the Valley of the Alto Mayo Provinces of Moyobamba and Rioja Districts: Soritor, Havana, Yantalo, Jepelacio, Moyobamba, Pardo Miguel, Nuevo Cajamarca, Yorongos and Rioja, in order to meet the physical constants and coffee conversion factors in three varieties: catimor, caturra and typica at different altitudes above sea level from 740 m to l.400 The statistical analysis used for this work was a completely randomized design (DCA) factorial arrangement of 3 x 3 (altitudes and varieties) with nine treatments and six observations with each. The results obtained for the different parameters are: Treatment T1 Catimor in upper area is the one that has obtained significant differences compared to other treatments evaluated for the parameters of a m3 of coffee: cherry, baba, wet, dry parchment to 13% of Hº, wet pulp, fruit number per kg. of coffee cherry, number of seeds per kg. Coffee: wet, dry water to 40% of dry parchment Hº 13% of Hº. It was determined that the T4 and T1 Catimor treatments in middle and lower weight are more cubic meters of fresh pulp versus the other treatments. It was determined that the T4 and T1 treatments need fewer seeds to make one kg. dry parchment coffee Hº to 13% compared to other water t-tos evaluated. It has been found that treatment caturra high area T2 has greater weight of dry coffee m³ water 40% Br compared to other treatments evaluated. In evaluating conversion factors regarding the typica variety at different altitudes: high, medium and low was determined that of 12,773; 12,575 and 12,392 kg. Cherry coffee has been obtained 2,998; 2,832 and 2,715 kg. Of dry parchment coffee to 13% of Hº. In evaluating conversion factors regarding the variety caturra at different altitudes: high, medium and low was determined that of 13,017; 12,847 t and 2,579 Kg. Of cherry coffee. 3,011 has been obtained; 2,733 and 2,685 kg. Of dry parchment coffee to 13% of Hº. In evaluating conversion factors regarding the catimor variety at different altitudes: high, medium and low was determined that of 13,217; . 13.00 and 12,888 kg of cherry coffee has been obtained 3.005; 2,775 and 2,677 kg. Of dry parchment coffee to 13% of Hº. As the number of cans per quintal of dry parchment coffee to 13% of Hº, it has been found that the Catimor variety needs of the child • amount of cans to make a quintal, with a value of 6.68 cans regarding the typica variety and Caturra that need your announcement of a greater number of cans for cans quintal 7.00 and 7.13 respectively.
