In this research study as influence of temperature (35ºC, 45ºC, 55ºC and 65ºC) and (single and double) area drying oil quality and kinetics were performed seed drying white Pinion (Jatropha curcas L.), influence of model solar dryer in oil quality parameters and determining optimal seed storage Pinion white. To determine the best treatment analyzes were performed on the seed (biometric, moisture content and total fat) and physical-chemical oil (acid value, peroxide value, iodine value, saponification value, density at 15ºC, kinematic viscosity at 40ºC, impurity content, moisture and volatile matter, ash content and smoke point) according to the official methods give acceptable values according to the technical standard (DIN V 51 605, 2010). Temperatures between 45ºC to 55ºC, keep best quality oil Sprocket White far biodiesel production, as in the case of solar dryer model platform and you can also use the drying curves determined this study to design industrial dryers. Appropriate for storing seeds Pinion White conditions are ambient relative humidity less than 70%, less ambient temperature of 25ºC and an equilibrium moisture content of the seed of 0.1000 kg water / kg m. s. curves calculated adsorption isotherms and fitted with the GAB equation to prevent oil deterioration reactions. The physicochemical analysis (acid value, peroxide value, iodine value, saponification value, density at 15ºC, kinematic viscosity at 40ºC, impurity content, moisture and volatile matter, ash and smoke point) indicate that the quality of the oil produced in the Pinion Blanco E.E.A. EL PORVENIR - JUAN GUERRA, has good quality and is within the standards required in international oil as a raw material for the production of Biodiesel.
