Natural toxicological activity such as pinion cake is to reduce environmental and socio-economic impact on human health, compared with synthetic. As to the application of natural toxic is important to understand and correctly identify all the insects on a plantation because they are not all bad for farming, but instead many work as a biological control against harmful insect. Natural pesticides are not of great interest for agribusiness because mass production is not always standardized. Different mixtures tests performed vary in proportion toxicological so many toxicology tests are needed to determine its entirety and proper formulation can be given, what makes this industry is not always profitable. In terms of profitability is important to know the production process knowing that "a toxic can be extracted in various ways, in the case of this research, the technique of dynamic maceration for which first one cake from the crushing of the seeds was obtained, then allowed to solvents different polarities and different concentrations; then the extract was obtained by simple filtration. Was sampled semisolid white cake Totorillaico pinion belonging to Ecotipo extracted from the decantation oil to 36 rpm and 80 º C. According to the proposed methodology, three different types of solvents {methanol, ethanol and carbon tetrachloride), in different ratios {1/5, 1/10 and 1115), at ambient conditions, both toxicological tests were used as applicative, were positiva for extracts, good results were obtained with a concentration of 100% methanol at 2 days of its application in termites {Coptotermes formosanus). Keywords: Pesticide, alcoholic extracts, toxicity.
