The social problems in architecture should be the main axis for the immediate solutions taking into account the intervention of the population, however it has been focused in a more commercial way. Having this statement as a reason, it will lead to an urban regeneration that involves the relocation of the population in the first blocks of the Buenos Aires South sector, which feels more affected by coastal erosion and high risk areas, housing an amount of families in need where their homes have been destroyed by this natural phenomenon that has been affecting for twelve years. For this, the present investigation will concentrate in solving these diverse social problems, determining that thanks to an adequate Urban Participatory Enabling in conjunction with the community, successfully determine an adequate urban design for the population and the people external to the problem who want to access it. , taking into account as a model of empowerment that thanks to the Urban Acupuncture will be structured, regenerating the current area where it will be designed so that these models can be replicated in the future and contribute to establishing project strategies through surveys and diagnoses of the study area for execution of a Community Development Center. This will help the relocated population in urban empowerment in a participatory manner through training workshops to increase productivity in their businesses and create an awareness that leads to restoring the cooperation that has been forgotten over time. Having greater opportunities with a vision of "productive city" and leaving behind the concept of "dormitory city", where all social, cultural and commercial activities are concentrated within the place as a micro city. Added to this, the architectural object proposes health spaces, educational, outdoor cinema, artistic activities and sales of products made by the same population.
